Plan for about an hour live with the cohort each week, plus one to two hours of homework. Two to three hours weekly across five weeks.

Every session is recorded and shared in WhatsApp within a day. Live attendance is where most of the coaching happens, so make it a priority. Missing one isn't disqualifying.

Start with the Accelerator. Five weeks of live teaching where you learn the frameworks. The Membership is the ongoing room you stay in afterward, with community, sprints, and quarterly New York on-sites. Most people do both, in that order.
